Chef Malachi also known as Chef MD started cooking as a young child. He would gather whatever was in the fridge and make a meal for he and his siblings. He quickly found that being in the kitchen would be apart of his future. After completing high school Chef Malachi attended a trade school to obtain his certification. He started washing dishes in a hotel and found mentors along the way in the kitchen. He became a cook, then lead cook, Suo Chef, Executive Suo Chef, and was eventually promoted to Executive Chef. He has experience with hotels, county clubs, etc. In 2013, Chef Malachi decided to go after his dreams and open his own catering business. He is mostly known for his creative dishes cooked with love to perfection.

We loved our food!! Absolutely will be getting more and trying lots of other things! The portion size to price ratio was very fair. The salmon was just delicious! Oh and the rice…perfect. I’m not usually a Brussel sprout person but they were soooo good! The sauce provided (sorry I don’t know the name or what it was) was delicious. We already had dug in when I remembered to take picture so the original portion size was more than the images show. Highly recommend!
