Chef Malachi also known as Chef MD started cooking as a young child. He would gather whatever was in the fridge and make a meal for he and his siblings. He quickly found that being in the kitchen would be apart of his future. After completing high school Chef Malachi attended a trade school to obtain his certification. He started washing dishes in a hotel and found mentors along the way in the kitchen. He became a cook, then lead cook, Sous-Chef, Executive Sous-Chef, and was eventually promoted to Executive Chef. He has experience with hotels, country clubs, etc. In 2013, Chef Malachi decided to go after his dreams and open his own catering business. He is mostly known for his creative dishes cooked with love to perfection.
